By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing any report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By submitting a form, purchasing a report, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We provide AI visibility and brand intelligence audit reports. Each report is a written analysis summarizing how your brand, product, or competitors appear in outputs generated by large language models (including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude) in response to a defined set of queries at the time the analysis is run.
Reports are informational and educational in nature. They are not financial, legal, investment, accounting, tax, medical, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on a report.
We offer a free snapshot report on each site. Free snapshots are provided as-is, without warranty, and are delivered by email. Submitting a free snapshot request does not create a paid engagement. We may use the contact information you provide to follow up regarding related services.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid reports. If you are not satisfied with your report, email us at the address below within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, subject to the following:
To deliver a report, we require information from you (company name, URL, category, competitors, target buyer). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for errors or omissions in a report that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you supply.

The Services and any reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
AI model outputs are probabilistic and change over time. A report reflects the outputs observed at the time the analysis was run, and we make no guarantee that the same or similar outputs will be produced at a later time, or that implementing any suggestion in a report will produce any specific business outcome, ranking, mention rate, lead volume, revenue result, or competitive position.
Nothing in a report constitutes advice from a licensed professional. You are responsible for independently evaluating any recommendations before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific report giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. Where you have not paid us anything, our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
The Services rely on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Formspree (forms), Cloudflare (hosting), and the APIs of OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic (AI model outputs). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of these third parties, and their terms and privacy policies may also apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Services. Upon termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by ceasing to use the Services and requesting deletion of your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reasonably communicated (for example, on this page). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
