This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services, including AI Visibility Audit (youraivisibility.com), AI Brand Intelligence (brandreputationai.com), and Competitor Leak (aicompetitorleak.com).

We collect the following information when you use our services:
- Contact information: Your name, work email address, and company name, provided when you submit a form or purchase a report.
- Company information: Your company URL, product category, competitor names, and target buyer persona, provided via intake forms after purchase.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To deliver the audit reports and snapshots you request.
- To send you your report results via email.
- To follow up regarding your report or related services.
- To improve our services and methodology.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We do not use your data for advertising or retargeting on third-party platforms.
- We do not share your audit results with anyone outside your organization.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver our services and for legitimate business purposes. Specific retention periods:
- Contact and company information (leads): Up to 24 months from the last interaction, after which records are deleted or anonymized.
- Purchase and audit records: Up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes, as required by applicable law.
- Email correspondence: Up to 24 months from the last exchange.
- Form submissions that do not convert: Up to 12 months, then deleted.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by emailing us (see Section 7). We will honor the request unless we are legally required to retain specific records.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Formspree for form submissions.
- OpenAI, Google AI, and Anthropic APIs to generate audit data. Your company name may be included in API queries. These queries are transient and not stored by the AI providers beyond their standard API data handling policies.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Opt out of follow-up communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.
7. EU, UK, and EEA Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR grant you additional rights, and we act as the data controller of the personal data you provide.
Legal bases for processing (GDPR Article 6):
- Contract: We process your data to deliver the audit reports you purchase and to provide related customer support.
- Legitimate interest: We process your data to run our business, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and send limited, relevant follow-up communications to existing prospects and customers.
- Consent: Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, when you voluntarily submit a free snapshot form). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: We process and retain certain records to comply with tax, accounting, and other applicable laws.
Your GDPR rights:
- Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to restriction of processing: Ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.

8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, company), commercial information (purchase history), and internet activity (form submissions). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
Your California rights:
- Right to know: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete: Request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined by CCPA/CPRA. There is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request to confirm.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We do not collect sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
To exercise your California rights, email hello@youraivisibility.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
9. International Data Transfers
Our services are hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with servers primarily located in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our processors and, where applicable, adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework by our service providers. By using our services or submitting your information, you acknowledge this international transfer.
10. Cookies and Tracking
Our landing pages use minimal, privacy-respecting tooling:
- We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
- We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.
- We may use basic, first-party session cookies required for the site to function, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Cloudflare may set operational cookies for bot protection and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting the core functionality of the site.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, limited access controls, and trusted third-party processors (Stripe, Formspree) for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
